New Student — Manual Entry

Registers the learner and creates their first term's results record.
* Required. Guardian details are optional — a learner is registered either way, but missing guardian details are flagged for follow-up in the Flagged Learners panel.

Enrollment Report

Whole-school enrollment: total, by gender, by class, and by age group. Pulled fresh from every class's register each time you generate it.
Tap "Generate Report" to pull current enrollment across every class.

Flagged Learners

Learners registered without full guardian/contact details. They're on the register either way — this is a follow-up to-do list, not a blocker.
Select a class level above to check for incomplete learner records.

Update Learner Details

Look up a learner by Student Number to correct or complete their record. Filling in a missing Guardian Name, Phone, or Village here automatically clears their Flagged Learners follow-up.

Pending Deletions

Removal requests awaiting review. Only Admin can finalize a deletion — this prevents a single person from removing a learner alone.
Select a class level above to review pending removal requests.

Bulk Student Upload

Register many learners at once from an Excel file. The portal assigns each one's Student Number automatically, in order — you never type numbers by hand.
New intake? Get a blank file first — one row per new learner. Do not add a Student Number column; the portal generates it for you when you upload. Required: Name, DOB, Gender. Optional (but tracked): GuardianName, GuardianPhone, Village, Notes — a learner is never left off the register for missing these, but rows without them are flagged for follow-up in the Flagged Learners panel. Safe to re-upload: if you add one new learner to a class list you've already uploaded before, re-uploading the whole file is fine — anyone already registered (matched by Name + DOB) is automatically skipped and left untouched; only the new row gets registered. Pick the Level, Term and Academic Year above first.

Bulk Marks Upload

Upload an Excel file of marks for a class. Each row is matched to a learner by Student Number before saving — mismatched or unrecognized rows are skipped and listed below.
New to this class? Get a ready-made file first — it already has every registered learner's Student Number and Name, you only fill in the marks. Expected columns: StudentNumber, then one column per subject (e.g. MATHEMATICS, ENGLISH...). If a learner missed a subject, type X for absent instead of a number — it will show as "ABSENT" on the report card and won't count against their average. Pick the Term and Academic Year above first — every mark saved here goes under that term, as a new row in the class Results sheet, without touching any other term's marks.

Class Broadsheet Summary

Review all learners and subject marks in one view. Also controls the release toggle for public downloads.
Report Cards: one PDF, one page per learner, with blank Teacher's/Head Teacher's Comment lines for handwriting in after printing. This is a staff-only document - the learner/parent download stays a plain Result Slip with no comment lines.
